Our Team
Brian Glazen
Founder / Producer
Equal parts MacGyver, Steven Spielberg and Gandhi, Brian has ideas. Ideas about marketing, ideas about communication and ideas about fixing just about anything that might be broken. When he’s not sharing his ideas with clients you can usually find him fixing things at his own home or eagerly searching for things that may need fixing. Check your bushes, he may be lurking.
Ryan Hardy
Lead Designer / Editor / Technical
He may not look the part but Ryan is definitely Think Media's Chief Nerd. Ryan holds the distinction of being our first employee and he's been an integral part of some of our most award-winning projects. Like a ninja, he can deftly maneuver from technical tasks to creating mind blowing motion graphics and compositing projects. Nerdja?....hmmm.
Geoff Yaw
Producer / Editor
Geoff is an unapologetic consumer of all media. He will talk your ear off about NPR's This American Life or Podcasts if you let him. His dedication to research is unending. Of course, most producer's "research" doesn't include Flava' of Love reruns or the latest Bill Burr podcast. Geoff has a name for these people: Quitters.
Doug Sanborn
Business Development
The consummate Clevelander, Doug is moderately sports obsessed. Running a close second to sports is his affinity for local eateries. Our clients know that Doug can be reached just about any night of the week at Johnny Mango for any pressing issues. He’ll try not to talk with his mouth full.
Keith Potoczak
Lead Editor / Producer
Keith holds the title of "Most Highly Educated" at Think Media Studios. Unfortunately, this doesn't hold much sway with his co-workers. They remind him of this on a fairly regular basis. He challenges Doug as the #1 Defender of Cleveland in the office and is constantly urging everyone to quit crying about the weather. When he is not fulfilling his duties as the crybaby police he stays busy racking up awards For Think.
Danielle Miller
Editor
Danielle is admittedly the strangest character here at Think. She has an ever-expanding collection of Converse shoes and a knack for getting cowlick-accentuating haircuts. She holds the distinction of serving as editor on our first documentary, King Me. We're not sure which is better, her editing or her improvisational tap-dancing.
Hilarie Frankenberry
Production Coordinator
Organizer, mother and exclusive consumer of chicken and pickles, Hilarie keeps the place running. Despite her limited diet, she still manages to muster the strength to make sure that people and things are where they need to be-when they need to be there. Give her a call the next time you need any tips on effective cat herding.
Caleb Crossen
Director of Photography
Caleb is a force of nature. His signature explosions of laughter and shouts of “that’s outrageous” have quickly become the stuff of legend around the office. Seriously, the guy’s got energy. He also has an exceptional eye and the skills to turn a seemingly mundane shot into the “outrageous.“
Dan Krivenki
Editor
In addition to serving as stunt double for Justin Bieber, Dan is a talented editor and videographer. He is yet another addition to our steadily growing crew of "art school kids". When Dan is not fending off hoards of screaming teens he can usually be seen tooling around Ohio City on his favorite fixed-gear bike.
Chris Wiegand
Motion Designer / 3D / Editor
Chris has won numerous awards for his motion graphics work. He's also directed award winning music videos. Unfortunately, none of those things are as cool as the fact that Chris turned 18 while on the road playing drums in a punk rock band. His road dog days behind him, Chris has settled down in Berea where he continues to "entertain" his wife and three children with tales from the road.
